What Does Extoggery Sell?
Designer Ladies and Men's "pre-owned" and new clothing, as well as accessories such as purses, shoes and jewellery. All our items are screened to be clean, free from rips, repairs and stains, and ready to use! Each store is unique. To avoid disappointment call the store of your choice and find out what they are accepting.
How Does Your System Work?
We'll open an account for you on our computer, and keep track of all your items for 60 days. 45% of the selling price of anything that sells will be immediately credited to your account. You may pick up money owing to you at any time within 90 days from the start of any consignment period. Remember - quality sells so bring us your best things. Items must be in ready to wear condition which means free from wrinkles, stains and repairs. Extoggery does not call you regarding expiry date, amounts owing, etc. so please remember to moniter your account at all times. All expiry dates are provided at the time of consignment. No information is retained after 90 days so expiry dates are very important.
Can I Check My Account To See If Anything Has Sold?
Of course! Call or visit the store any time within 60 days of your consignment for an update on your account.
Do You Take Credit Cards?
Yes! We take Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards (Bank Cards).
Is Extoggery a Charity?
No. However, we do support a charity by donations "in kind" of unclaimed goods.
What Charities do you donate unsold items to?
For donations in kind, we support OASIS,which is a recovery centre helping men and women with various past addictions get back on their feet, obtain jobs, and once again become productive citizens.
WHAT IF I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT? All concerns about your account will be handled at the store where your items are for sale. The store manager will be only to happy to correct any errors or explain policies. You may also give address changes, name changes etc. to the consignor or manager. For your convenience, you may also contact us by e-mail at email@example.com. WE DO NOT HAVE A MANNED CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ANY LONGER (there just weren't enough issues to allow this)
