How to collect your money

Once your items begin to sell, your 45% share of the selling price is instantly credited to your account.

To find out how much money is owing to you, you can either visit the store where your items are for sale or simply call the store where you consigned your items.

Once there is money owing to you, it can be collected by going to the store where your items are for sale. Payments are not mailed. Any money owing must be claimed within 90 days from the beginning of a consignment period. Only 90 days worth of information is keep on the computers and this also applies to any money owing. After the 90 day period information regarding that particular consignment is deleted from all systems and will not be retrievable.

PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE PERSON WHOSE NAME IS ON THE ACCOUNT. THIS IS FOR SECURITY REASONS. IF YOU WISH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP YOUR MONEY, THEIR NAME MUST BE ON THE ACCOUNT. IF YOU WISH TO ADD A PERSON'S NAME IT MUST BE DONE IN PERSON.

Amounts of under $50 are paid in cash.

Amounts of $50 and over have 2 methods of payments:

1. Putting the money directly into your bank using your debit card. This transaction is treated like a refund - you get a receipt and the money is instantly ready to spend again. This system is very secure and hassle free.

2. Issuing a cheque.
Please note that cheques can only be issued when a manager is on site. If you are collecting $50 or over and do not wish to use the debit card refund method, please call ahead of time to make sure a manager is on duty to avoid inconvenience to you. Please note: cheques cannot be issued ahead of time for pickup. 
No matter which way you choose to be paid, you will receive an itemized list detailing how the figure was arrived at.
